Educational Qualification

You must have a 4-Year Bachelor Degree in Planning. OR you must have a Master’s (PG) Degree in Town, Urban, Regional, Housing, Rural, Infrastructure, Transport, or Environment Planning. Degrees in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design from a recognized university are also valid. You must also have passed the AITP Exam.
