• Probation Period: For the first two years of your job, you will be on a probation training period. During these two years, you will receive a fixed monthly salary of around ₹26,500. No extra allowances are given during this time.
• After Probation: Once you successfully complete your two-year probation, you will be placed in Pay Matrix Level 11.
• Basic Salary:Your starting basic pay will become ₹37,800 per month.
• Extra Allowances: Along with the basic salary, the government will give you Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA).
