RSSB VDO New Exam Date 2025 (Pay Scale):-
(As per 7th Pay Commission):
- Pay Matrix Level: 6
- Basic Pay: ₹ 5,200 – ₹ 20,200
- Grade Pay: ₹ 2,400
Approx. In-Hand Salary:
एक newly appointed VDO की starting in-hand salary लगभग ₹ 26,000 – ₹ 32,000 per month होती है। इसमें Basic Pay के साथ-साथ DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), Medical Allowance और अन्य सरकारी सुविधाएँ शामिल होती हैं।
Growth & Promotions:
VDO पद पर joining के बाद समय-समय पर yearly increment मिलता है। इसके अलावा, अनुभव और departmental exams के आधार पर promotions भी होते हैं, जिससे salary और perks दोनों में बढ़ोतरी होती रहती है।
