- Captain (Level 10B): ₹61,300 – ₹1,93,900
- Major (Level 11): ₹69,400 – ₹2,07,200
- Lieutenant Colonel (Level 12A): ₹1,21,200 – ₹2,12,400
- Colonel (Level 13): ₹1,30,600 – ₹2,15,900
- Brigadier (Level 13A): ₹1,39,600 – ₹2,17,600
- Major General (Level 14): ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200
- Lt. General (HAG Scale, Level 15): ₹1,82,200 – ₹2,24,100
- VCOAS/Army Cdr/Lt. General (Level 17): ₹2,25,000 (Fixed)

2. Stipend During Training:
- Cadets (Gentlemen/Lady) को Training के दौरान ₹56,100/- per month मिलते हैं।
- Training का समय commissioned service में नहीं गिना जाएगा।
3. Military Service Pay (MSP):
- Lieutenant से Brigadier तक सभी Officers को ₹15,500/- per month (Fixed) मिलता है।
4. Important Allowances:
- Dearness Allowance (DA): Civil employees के बराबर।
- Technical Allowance (Tier I): ₹3,000/- per month
- Technical Allowance (Tier II): ₹4,500/- per month
- Field Area/Risk & Hardship Allowances: Posting Area के अनुसार ₹4,250 से ₹42,500/- तक।
- Siachen Allowance: ₹31,250/- per month
- High Altitude / CI Allowance: ₹6,625 से ₹21,125/- तक।

5. Insurance & Disability Benefits (AGIF):
- Cadets को Training के दौरान ₹1.25 Crore Insurance Cover मिलता है।
- Disability (Medical Grounds) पर ₹25 lakh (100% disability) और proportionate amount कम disability पर।
- Expelled/disciplinary grounds पर benefits लागू नहीं होंगे।
